The St-Laurent-du-Var Abbey Road group headed to Villefranche to spend time on the beach, and we had the option to snorkel. I chose to snorkel with some friends and other students, so we took the boat out wearing wetsuits and masks. I was able to swim around for about an hour, exploring the rocks and schools of fish. Having scuba dived in beautiful places, however, the outing was disappointing due to the lack of fish or any other type of creature.
That night, we went to Nice for yet another Salsa night. Unfortunately, the public bus did not run as late, so we left early. It was fun nonetheless, after spending the night with friends, going around Old Nice, shopping at a market, and sitting at cafes.
