There are many world-famous museums in Barcelona. I never thought of myself as the kind of person who would enjoy visiting museums, but the museums of Barcelona changed my mind. I’ve visited museums featuring modern and classical art, history, science, nature, crafts, and sports. The beauty and history of Barcelona are fascinating and well-represented in the many museums throughout the city.
On Monday, we went to a museum with our Spanish class. We got a closer look at Spanish history through displays ranging from ancient times to modern day. Here is a picture of some of the artifacts I found in the first part of the museum:
The museum was also filled with displays that were arranged in such a way that you would feel like you were actually in that time period. The arrangement of artifacts demonstrated realistic dinner tables, classrooms, farms, and inventions that were used during specific time periods.
