Shakespeare on the Common and Boston College

Students in Abbey Road’s second session of College Prep began their first week of classes yesterday.

After an active day of study in their S.A.T. and college-preparation classes, students enjoyed an evening in the famous Boston Common, where they played soccer and chess and enjoyed each other’s company as they watched an adaptation of Shakespeare’s The Two Gentlemen of Verona.

Hello, Boston College!

On Tuesday, students visited Boston College, marking their first campus tour with Abbey Road. Located six miles from Boston proper, this vast Jesuit school of green grass and cathedral-like buildings houses the four colleges of liberal arts, business, education, and nursing. An education at BC also emphasizes a broad liberal arts education and a commitment to community service.
