After an introduction to their apartments, we all had dinner together in a relaxed atmosphere.
Before we went to sleep to get some rest for our exciting program, we had a walk through Aix and counted a small few of its multitude of fountains. Here is everybody at Place de la Mairie, the center of Aix-en-Provence:
Then we went for a well-deserved treat after the long day of traveling : A gelato in Cour Mirabeau (and some French practice as the students ordered their ice cream)!
